Registration and Payment

During School Days, the total number of guests may be limited to ensure the best experience for those groups attending.  Therefore, we ask that you follow the following steps to ensure we are able to appropriately and efficiently facilitate your visit.  Schools must be registered to participate in the School Days program.  Wet 'n' Wild Phoenix accepts the following methods of payment during School Days:  school check, money order, credit card, cash or school purchase order.

STEP 1:  Tell us you're interested

We want to make sure that we know you are interested in visiting during one of our School Days.  Please complete and mail or fax the top "Registration" section of the Registration and Payment Form.  This in no way locks you in to participating until payment is made, but gives us your contact information, the date you are interested in visiting and an estimated number of participants.  Please note it might be easer to coordinate using multiple registrations; consider breaking down your registration into classes, grades, or organizations rather than the entire school all together.

STEP 2:  Organize your group

After you have sent in the "Registration" begin to coordinate transportation, recruit chaperones, organize the number of students that will be participating, and collect any money from participants, if applicable.

STEP 3:  Order and Payment Form

To ensure we have adequate time to process your order, staff appropriately, order and prepare food for your visit, payment is due fourteen (14) days prior to the date you have registered to visit.  Please complete and mail or fax the completed "Order and Payment" section of the Registration and Payment Form.  Once the Order and Payment section has been received there are no cancellations, refunds or rainchecks available.  This is your guranteed number of participants.  Once received, the Park will print your tickets and mail along with your meal wristband (if purchased) and details regarding your visit.  We recommend only purchasing tickets for students that are guaranteed to participate in the program.

STEP 4:  Additional Tickets

We realize that things change and that you might be in need of additional tickets beyond the tickets you have pre-purchased.  Wet 'n' Wild Phoenix will be able to facilitate additional tickets up to 10% over your original order on the day of your visit.  If you require additional tickets, please be prepared to order and pay for your tickets upon arrival at the Park.  If you have paid with a purchase order, Wet 'n' Wild Phoenix can only apply additional tickets up to the amount indicated by the original purchase order.  We recommend that when you submit your purchase order request you over estimate the number of participants.  We will only bill you for the ones you have purchased.
